Lakeshore Renovation

Keeping the original shell of the house, this renovation entailed a nearly complete gut - allowing us to start fresh and reimagine the space for new owners. To be primarily used as a summer home, family hangout spaces, multiple new bathrooms, and a children’s bunk room made for efficient use of every inch. The second year, a new boardwalk to their lake access and an outdoor shower were added.
